All plans, designs, images, and programs represented and/or displayed on this web site are protected under the Federal Copyright Act. Reproduction, either in whole or in part, including any direct copying and/or preparation of derivative works, for any reason without prior written consent of the copyright holder, Crystal Design, is strictly prohibited.

Upon the completion of a plan purchased from Crystal Design, you will receive a license agreement along with the final construction plans. The information required to complete a license agreement is as follows: Lot Number, Subdivision Name, City/County, District/Town, State, Zip Code, Mailing and/or Physical Address, First and Last Name as it appears on State ID. This information will be recorded in the license agreement and signed by both the licensee and by an appropriate representative of Crystal Design. You may not have made your site selection or may need the preliminary plans for any pre-construction procedures and/or pre-loan approvals, however, permitting and/or construction may not begin without a signed and approved license agreement attached to the final construction plans. If the site location
changes after the license agreement has been issued, return the agreement to Crystal Design and a corrected agreement will be issued. *Although every license agreement may vary, it will only permit a one-time use of the design for the location stated in the agreement, unless noted otherwise.
